Let’s talk some points about the X431 Tool.The most common problem for the Tool is the failure connection between the Main unit and smartbox.

Normally,the problem is caused by bluetooth module.If the bluetooth module has the problem,no matter from Main unit or smartbox,if one of them has the problem,the connection by bluetooth will be failure

The second normal problem is the software couldn’t be download.If your Tool has this problem,please backup your CF card and then format the card.And them download the latest system data and display program from www.x431.com and then update them to the card.
